At CPHCRIN we are dedicated to ensuring that the perspectives of patients and consumers of primary health care inform our priorities and activities. Only with the input of consumers and patients can we ensure innovative approaches will be relevant and taken up by those they are meant to serve and support.
CPHCRIN is currently seeking input from patients and consumers of primary health care on the ongoing development of a pan-Canadian CBPHC research network and research agenda. In May/June 2013 CPHCRIN will use crowd sourcing software ICON to gather feedback and suggestions to further develop a strategic plan for the Network. We are interested in gathering input from patients and consumers on priorities for primary health care research in Canada, how researchers can better involve patients in their research, and what role research can play in influencing change. If you or someone you know may be interested in contributing to the discussion please contact the Network Coordinator, Hannah Irving, at email@example.com.
